Great location for beach and sunsets. Close to restaurants but not in the middle of the congestion. Easy parking, a pool and grilling stations are available. A rack of kayaks entice visitors to launch from the concrete boat ramp. Plenty of jumping mullet and dolphins cruising by!

Emergency line goes to voicemail after 12am. MGMT is no help if you lock yourself out so DO NOT forget your key.

We have been coming to Pensacola Beach 2 to 3 times a year for the last 14 years. We’ve always had a beautiful stay until our most recent experience at Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club. We extended our stay two more days because we weren’t ready to end our vacation and booked a two night stay with Southern Vacation Rentals at this location in Pensacola Beach. Unfortunately, after getting into the room on the 11th, we noticed a dead smashed cockroach on the kitchen floor under the garbage can. We were hoping this would be an isolated instant. The next morning, after having a cup of coffee, my husband noticed cockroaches in the coffee pot. We also noticed them climbing in and out of the garbage bag and going inside the garbage can. I was in the bathroom doing my hair and noticed a live cockroach in the hallway outside the bedroom. There was a pest

Great property not too far down Fort Pickens- just about a mile to the Boardwalk! Stay in the only 3 bedroom in the building, 10B/C- 'Captains Delight' with Beach Bum BB Vacation Rentals. Great outdoor amenities and lounge area with BBQ and pool. Slip your boat or jet ski right into the water!
